This presentation will share performance case studies, oil data, and insights into the chemistry that document 7%-9% diesel fuel efficiency improvement and CO2 emission reduction using Crown CRT Diesel Catalysts. Significant maintenance benefits have also been observed—across all engine types, ages, and tiers—including 30%-50% reduction in engine oil soot, over 20% lower engine oil wear metals, and extended injector life. Case studies will include mine-wide deployment data sets, load box test results, weeklong chain tests, and oil analysis. With more than 2 million engine hours, 150 million gallons of diesel treated, 7 mine-wide deployments, and a major footprint in Frac, Crown will demonstrate how this product is deployed in the field, why it is good for economics and engine health, and how it can reduce a mine’s environmental footprint.
