Cancellations Policy:
All cancellations must be made in writing via fax or mail - voicemails and emails will not be accepted. Full refunds will be issued for cancellations received before May 3, 2011, less 20% administrative fee.. No refunds will be issued after May 4, 2011 or for no shows. Registration cancellations postmarked before March 15, 2010 will be acknowledged by mail. Substitutions are welcome in lieu of cancellations. |
